It requires any advertised price for a good, service, or rental to include all mandatory fees upfront so consumers aren’t hit with surprise add-ons.HB25-1010 – Price Gouging Prevention Act: Another top consumer bill, HB1010 would ban price gouging on essential goods and services even outside of emergencies,
