Why does my flesh always cause destruction? No matter what we do if we do what our flesh tells us to do then it reap destruction. "Those who live only to satisfy their own sinful nature will harvest decay and death from that sinful nature. But those who live to please the Spirit will harvest everlasting life from the Spirit."-Galatians 6:8. Stop trying to be of this world because this world not eternal. Rather go to the one that is eternal which is God. I know it's hard to align our thoughts with Christ, but we have to take every thought captive and make it obedient to Christ.
