Episode Synopsis

In this episode, Niranjan Mukundan Asian Record Holder Para Swimmer says that there are no quick ways to succeed—you have to work hard and stay determined. Even though he faced a kind of paralysis, swimming gave him strength, and he proudly represented India in competitions. According to Mukundan, success needs hard work, patience, and the ability to keep going when things get tough. He thinks that being consistent, patient, and loving what you do are the keys to achieving success. Also, taking breaks and looking after yourself are just as important as working hard, creating a balance that helps you succeed in the long run. Mukundan advises staying humble, being confident, and believing in yourself for a great journey. Even when things are difficult, he believes in staying disciplined and never giving up. He says it's better to rely on hard work rather than your feelings when it comes to reaching your goals. For Mukundan, finding something you're passionate about keeps you going, pushing you forward. He suggests celebrating your wins and learning from your losses because every step, no matter if it's up or down, brings you closer to success. Finally, he thinks it's not about falling down, but how you get back up that really defines your journey to success.
