Fools don't have any wisdom. Wisdom comes from Bible doctrine in your soul. When you have Bible doctrine in your soul you have wisdom or the Greek word sophia. Wisdom only comes from the knowledge that's first been learned. If you don't learn anything it's impossible to have any wisdom because what you've learned must be converted from knowledge into wisdom and then from wisdom into insight and discernment.
