As a Christian, you are part of God’s royal family. You are spiritual aristocracy. “Be renewed in the spirit of your mind and put on the new self, which is in the likeness of God, has been created in righteousness and holiness of truth” (Eph 4:24). You have an honor code that includes impersonal love for all and reflecting the thinking of Jesus Christ. “You are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s possession, so that you may proclaim the excellencies of His [the Lord Jesus Christ] who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light” (1 Pet 2:9).
