Christians are peculiar people because we have different mindsets and particular callings. We don’t think as the world thinks but instead with a divine viewpoint, thinking with the mind of Christ. “Be not conformed to this world” (Rom 12:1). Divine viewpoint gives Christians understanding, insight and discernment. Christians don’t fear death. “For to me, living is Christ and dying is gain” (Phil 1:21). What makes us peculiar is our position in Christ. We are in Christ and Christ is in us. “Christ in you, the hope of glory” Col 1:27).
