Send us a textThis meditation follows episode 47 (When your Mind Hijacks your Truth) - where I share my thoughts on how important it is to find stillness within, away from the noise and distractions that fill our minds every day. I welcome you to check out episode 47. In this meditation, I offer an opportunity for you to find that needed stillness, learning to be present with your breath and body, without the noise of the outside world. When you begin to take a few moments for yourself and learn to be comfortable in the silence and stillness, you will begin to discover that the distractions are taking you away from yourself-your truth. Practising stillness for just a few moments a day will lead you to the path of discerning between your true essence and the noise around you.This meditation is about finding your stillness, through attention to breath and body.
