Michael did the typical go to school, get an education, get a great job in the hopes of being able to retire by 65. After years of a working a J.O.B he loved, he knew he wanted more for not only himself but for his family and the people around him. 3-4 years into buying small multi-family units, the time-intensive management pushed him to look for more opportunities, which lead him to storage facilities. Fast forward 8 years and he currently owns 3 facilities across multiple states while only working 5-10 hours a week. We touch on why and how he got into this niche, and how he structures and manages the facilities. We touch briefly one his passion to raise money and awareness for cerebral palsy through a foundation he is associated with.
