ELENI TSIKRIKAS is passionate about her work as an Ayurvedic practitioner and teacher. She found this work after jettisoning a successful law career in Australia and migrating to the U.S. to pursue yoga studies.  She was eventually drawn to the ancient practice of  Ayurveda and its healing power through nature. Contrary to much of Western medicine, she understands "one-size does not fit all," and has built her practice around the idea we are all unique; and treatment should reflect that.  We talk about healthy foods, seasonal diet, herbs, meditation, essential oils and the importance of lifestyle and belief systems.  Her knowledge and enthusiasm make for a fun and  powerful interview!
