Mornings are indeed wonderful.
We often hear people speak of the advantages of waking up early. They often talk about the
tranquility and calmness they experience within themselves when they get out of bed even before
the sun rises. That, how it enables them to have enough time on their hands to go about their daily
routine in a relaxed and unhurried manner.
We also come across some who claim their habit of waking up early as the secret to their high
energy and productivity levels.
In fact, many of the famous and successful people in the world, are self-confessed early risers and
have made this habit an essential aspect of their lives. Just check out the waking times of these
eminent individuals: -

hundreds of emails he gets every day.

We may envy certain lucky people born with the ‘Thatcher Gene’, a genetic condition where people
require far less amount of sleep and can still function normally, and is named after the former UK
Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher who famously slept only for 4 hours every night and still went
about her daily schedule without any effects of sleep deprivation.

on becoming an early riser, here are 8 very effective ways that will help you get up at 5 am. So, let’s
