I finally have confirmation, in just a few days time I will be admitted for an extended stay in a psychiatric ward. This is great news! In this episode I discuss how difficult it has been waiting for admission, and the measures I have had to take to combat my obsessive negative intrusive thoughts. I explain what awaits me at the psych ward, my mentality towards it and the expectations I have for the process. This is going to be a difficult few weeks, yet the meaning and purpose I have to justify this suffering is clear. We hope to get back on track, learn some new skills and ways of thinking, and start to turn this ship around.
