So often in leadership circles, we hear almost exclusively on the topic of winning and being a success. And that is certainly important.
But when was the last time you heard a lesson on how to model losing as a leader? As leaders, we all have setbacks, experience failures, make mistakes, and wish at times we had kept our mouths shut. 
On this podcast, I share three simple ways that we can model losing as a leader. It's easy to be a good example when things are going well, but as a leader is even more important to be a good role model when the chips are down.
