Cindy Blaser entered back into her creativity by showing up to doodle every day. Simple sketches, straight from the heart - as an act of self-care.  It was a grounding, meditative practice that gave her peace of mind and self-satisfaction. As they days went on, she listened to her intuition, and started to take steps towards leveraging her drawing to inform the coaching and healing sessions she was doing.
