Episode Synopsis "Episode 1: Marcos"
Marcos Fretias is a 19-year-old freshman at Cosumnes River College and part of the Next Up/Guardian Scholars program. In this episode Marcos talks about his journey as a foster youth starting at age 9. Marcos gives a very emotional but matter of fact recounting of his journey to college and how the program supporting foster youth has helped him with his first year in college.
