Having had a successful 20 year career agency side, she brings a wealth of experience of running agencies across a number of disciplines to this role - most recently as  CEO of LIDA, M&C Saatchi’s global customer engagement agency.In her career, Victoria has had stints in digital, advertising, shopper marketing and CRM agenciesIn her last two years at M&C Saatchi, Victoria took on the role of global sponsor for Diversity and Inclusion across the network.
