Geoff Whiteman, ThM, LMFT is passionate about helping people and communities connect their life’s purpose with God’s mission in the world. Geoff is a licensed marriage and family therapist in Kentucky, a mission specialist with Orthodox Christian Mission Center (Care + Training), and resilience researcher and speaker. Together with Kriss, his wife of 18 years, he has been engaged in vocational ministry since 2000 and supporting those in cross-cultural ministry since 2007. Geoff spent some of his formative years as a TCK in the Solomon Islands, Papua New Guinea, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Those experiences piqued his interest in understanding how Christian global workers could persevere with joy. That's what led him to study and then research resilience.
