Six months since the last episode! I'm still alive!
Been a busy year with family and BJJ.
I've been training and coaching more Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu since earning my black belt in Jan after 23 years.
I also started the Sovann Pen BJJ YouTube channel and The Uncle Wristlock Podcast.
And we added two grandkids in the last eight months.
This podcast is to encourage you and your family at the start of the school year.
This year my wife Julie is teaching high school and jr high science again. And my daughter is starting another year of college in Seattle.
This is the first time using Riverside to record an episode instead of Zoom. What do you think?
