Purpose: Keep members updated daily.

1. Hours & Dining:

Lunch: 11am–3pm

Dinner: 5pm–8pm (Toast for Two with wine special)

Bar open until last member leaves.

2. Forecast & Reminder:

Complimentary coffee in fitness & locker lounges.

Come for golf, tennis, or dining.

3. Golf Update:

20 golfers on tee sheet.

Course conditions optimal; no restrictions.

4. Events & Highlights:

Congrats to Quaremba’s anniversary dinner.

Contact Erin for private events.

Caroline leading event booklet & elected to MDASF Board – big achievement.

October activity booklet covers golf, tennis, social, and dining events through April 2027.

Thursday “Toast for Two” dinner gaining traction (48 reservations).

Menu highlights: Wedge Salad, Braised Beef Pappardelle, scallops, chocolate cake.

Friday: Live music by Guy Smith – reservations recommended.

5. Culinary Update:

Soup of the Day: Chicken Tortellini (light cream base, fresh herbs, mini tortellinis).

6. Club News:

Heatherwood Construction inspecting Club areas for renovation cost analysis.

Board meets Sept 29 for 2026 budget discussions.

7. Perspective:

24 reservations so far for Friday “Toast for Two.”

Reflection from CMAA SWFL meeting: importance of family culture at Clubs vs. hotels.

Personalized service = hallmark of a great Club.

Goal: build consistency, tenure, and culture; treat staff well so they treat members exceptionally.
