Listen "Learning ADHD From the Inside and Out"
Episode Synopsis
In this episode, I sat down with a longtime family friend—someone who’s known me for most of my life, used to be my boss, and also happens to have ADHD herself. I’ll be real: this one flowed a little differently. I didn’t go in with a plan, but what came out was a raw, thoughtful conversation about what it means to live with ADHD, support others with it, and grow through it.We talked about her experience navigating ADHD personally, parenting two children with ADHD, and what she learned managing someone like me—another neurodivergent brain—on the job. This episode is part reflection, part storytelling, and part mutual unpacking of what it looks like to understand ADHD from all angles: as a parent, a professional, and a person trying to figure it out one day at a time.
