Episode Synopsis
In this solo episode of The Chronic Athlete, I discuss the barriers that have been holding me back from true growth. Barrier's that I have identified as standing in the way of the goals that I say I have and who I say I want to be. My hope is by identifying my barrier's, I can inspire you to identify yours so you can find solutions to break down those barriers and develop sustainable habits. Why is this so important? If we aren't taking action towards something--if we aren't making progress--this is when we feel stuck. This is where we can get into ruts and before we know it, a year has gone by. If we can eliminate barriers and start taking steps everyday toward our goals, we begin to create purpose.
