Samson was used to having his way, and he manipulated his parents. He was used to having his way. Samson, also, disregarded the grace and mercy of God. Time and time again, God gave him a chance to repent, but he descended further into sin. He was co-mingling with the Philistines, who were enemies of Israel. He was yoked to the world when he married a Philistine woman. Brethren, be careful with what God has given you. Guard yourself against using the anointing for your own gain. Samson looked for an opportunity to have a bet with his enemies by telling them a riddle. When you play with the world, there are bound to be consequences.
