In 2014, he co-founded Karbon Inc., where he now serves as CEO, with the vision of creating innovative software solutions for accountants. With over 15 years of expertise spanning software development, sales, support, and product management, Stuart brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to his role.Before launching Karbon Inc., Stuart co-founded Paycycle in 2011, a pioneering startup focused on online payroll for the Australian market. After two years of development, Paycycle was acquired by Xero. Following the acquisition, Stuart played a pivotal role in building a team of 60 engineers and product managers who successfully integrated seamless payroll functionality into Xero for customers in Australia and the United States. This foundation later enabled Xero to expand its payroll services to New Zealand and the United Kingdom, further cementing its position as a global leader in cloud-based financial software.
