Episode 68 - Thinking Big During CrisisDuring any time of intense stress or crisis, it's important to keep the big picture in mind. In this episode, I share a few examples of how sometimes we can keep ourselves thinking small and contract inward during times of struggle, when in fact, what we need to be doing is the opposite!I share some motivation to help you to remember your greater vision and mission. Now is the time to reconnect to our "why" and to think more globally. Now is the perfect time to put ourselves in the shoes of others and think about what our people need most. I also recommend looking for new opportunities. Although we are facing new and big challenges, ask yourself these questions; What is the silver lining here? How can you take a negative situation and turn it into a positive result? Where can you pivot and create new opportunities or new revenue streams that you had not previously thought of? I share with you all the silver linings that I and my team have uncovered during this time of crisis. I hope they inspire you to take the ‘lemons’ that life hands you and make your own delicious lemonade.
