There are 27 million homes, the vast majority of which will require some sort of retro-fit. The industry has a wide range of professionals who advise and deliver retro-fit, but there is still confusion and mis-trust around the design, delivery and operation of a retro-fitted home.Marion Baeli is the Principal of Sustainability Transformation, which is part of the Egis Architecture Line of businesses.
