Honored to be speaking to one of my favorite humans, Chauna Bryant! The Creatrix of the Breath Liberation Society, Chauna shares her journey and the challenges that led her and many BIPOC healers she knows to create their own spaces grounded in inclusion, diversity and trauma awareness.

Breathwork Facilitator training, with Breath Liberation Society (BLS), is open for enrollment. The training is black and queer lead and features the knowledge and wisdom of 24+ breathwork facilitators, energy workers, and community care advocates. The five-month, 100% virtual training features an emphasis on trauma-informed care, social justice, and inclusive business practices.
