Episode Synopsis
Owner and Brewer of Honolulu Beerworks along with my wife Charmayne. We opened in Kakaako in 2014 with our brewpub and have expanded 3x since opening. I have over 10 years of professional brewing experience along with a Culinary, construction and mechanic background. We run a small 7bbl brewhouse that produced 6000bbl in 2019.
Honolulu Beerworks is a gathering place for people to enjoy quality local craft beer that is both unique and exciting in both ingredients and processes that we use. We have 22 taps in our brewpub and we also can 7 styles of beer that are available throughout Hawaii on every island. We are an award winning brewery both locally and internationally.
