Here is today's communion meditation.
 Last night was the first night of Hanukkah. During Hanukkah, one candle is lit on the first night and then an additional candle is lit each night after that, to remind us that our light is to be growing brighter. 
As we walk in the light at greater levels, it helps us better know what to do, and take our relationship with God to new levels.
In today's communion we are thanking God for the opportunity to walk in the light with him each day, and we are asking him to help our light grow brighter.
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
Light is energy, and as our light grows brighter, we will experience a greater level of energy.
