Author Barbara Conrey is debuting her first novel - at the age of 70! I'm a huge fan of people living their best lives in their later years, so I'm delighted that I got to sit down and talk to her about writing and how she came to create this particular book. Nowhere Near Goodbye is the story of a woman forced to make a choice between family and the research she is doing to find a cure for the form of brain cancer that killed her childhood friend.
