Originally produced for classrooms between 1976 and 1985, this data collection program was part of the OTS (Office of Technical Services) behavioral guidance system for students aged 8–13. Designed to assess cognitive flexibility, emotional response latency, and subconscious susceptibility, the program employed animated hosts familiar to children through popular Saturday morning cartoons.
