Send us a text From humble beginnings at a come-and-try night in 2017 to becoming a decorated leader and representative player, Alex Hall has helped define the rise of women’s football in northern Tasmania. As the inaugural Premiership Captain for Scottsdale in the first Tasmanian Women’s League (North) season, Alex’s leadership and grit set the tone for the region’s women’s competition. Over nearly a decade she’s captained multiple sides, earned Best & Fairest and Team of the Year honours, coached junior girls to premierships, and has been a key person in the development and growth of women’s footy. In 2025 she added another chapter, earning AFL Masters All Australian honours after representing the Northern Territory. Today we’re diving into her story, the wins, the juggle, and her bold vision for the future of women’s footy in Tasmania.
