Jess talked to me about after a decade of wandering; she noticed a massive problem for travellers – over-tourism. With her cultural immersion coaching service, she spoke to me about how she hopes to get people to learn how to connect with their destination and transform from being a tourist to a traveller through one-on-one coaching, language courses, and travel planning services.Jess spoke to me about her target audience and the cost of her services.
