Our first episode with just the 2 lads!
 
We discuss what is means to seek validation from external sources and how this can impact a person as it is easy, even additcitve to chase praise, acceptance & acknowledgement. 
 
Don't get me wrong, these kinds of validation do help to boost aspects like self-esteem in a positive way, but it becomes problematic when someone forgets the most important person, and essentially the only person that they need validation from, themselves.
