Despite pandemic-related challenges SWIM is 100% committed to maintaining and building a supportive circle for local female physicians. Our intention is to finish out 2020 strong with the introduction of The SWIM Podcast!

The SWIM Podcast will feature informal interviews with local SWIM members. From how you ended up in this town, what are you excited and passionate about, self-care tips and “SWIM Wisdom” which you wish you had when you were starting out as a new doctor. Expect to hear about the best places for amazing coffee, updates in medical practice, how to negotiate a contract, or balancing work-life demands.
