2025 - International Women's Day is feeling pretty intense but we can always make small better choices.Ways to support women inside and out of the events industry with your event choices:- Letting your vendors know that having a split of genders in your staff is important to you- Intentionally design agendas to include diversity of gender and lifestyle representation - BUY from Women Owned Businesses- Creative an environment professionally and for attendees where it's an expected part of the culture that people will share their pronouns- Surprise Tip: if the price of imported items seem too good to be true it's because that item is either made by disadvantaged and possibly enslaved people (including children) or made in a way that destroys the environment for those same people.
