"Neil Baldwin was diagnosed with a learning disability as a child. Leaving school at 16 he joined the circus where he performed as Nello the Clown for three seasons. Neil has met some amazing people like the Archbishop of Canterbury, famous footballers like Gary Lineker and members of the British Royal family including Queen Elizabeth. Neil was appointed as Stoke City Football Club’s kit-man by then manager Lou Macari who described him as "the best signing I ever made.” Neil’s favourite saying is, 'You Got to be Happy in Life.'"
