Episode Synopsis "Student voting, progressive gerrymandering, & reasons for voting locally"

Today's episode is a conversation about student voting, governance, and how we can increase turnout in elections. Hoping to bring local politics into focus for more students, Cati Januzzi & several other UVM students created a capstone communications project which leverages social media, namely Instagram, to engage more students in local politics. Found here is a rebroadcasting of the Instagram live between Cati and UVM Votes President, James Tedesco. If you're local to Burlington, it's definitely worth following Cati and her peers @ btv_engage on Instagram.
