In todays episode we want to have an honest conversation about NORMALIZING the come down feelings after running a marathon, as some would call it, the 'post marathon blues'. Whether you crushed your fall race season or things didn't go as planned you probably have found yourself a little down, without much sense of direction and some feelings of "I wish I could go back". There is no 'one size fits all' approach for off season, which is why we hope to give you some inspiration to create an off season game plan that serves YOU. The off season is such an important time for athletes to refocus your goals, rekindle your relationship with running, spend time resting and really asking yourself 'what do I need in this season to feel supported?'Coach Erin and Coach Michaela are here to hold you accountable for your off season goals and it's something we love working with our athletes on.
