Did you know many things we use in our daily lives can limit or fully cut off the blood flow of certain parts of our bodies? This can range from bras, purses, backpacks, very tight clothing, etc. Lori explains how this can affect your body as a whole and what you should do about it. This is so important for parents to keep in the back of your mind when raising your children. Pay attention to posture and how your children are walking! Human posture has changed over the last few decades as we adapt to the massive use of technology. Our heads are going forward, Lori calls it the goose neck, as we spend extended period of time looking at phones, computers, etc... David explains how this type of posture change effects the nerves that run throughout our bodies and shares how this slight change in posture effects the entire body as a whole.
