I’ve been lucky enough to have this guy as a guest on Strength Chat three times before, and in this episode, he entered a special club of making a fourth appearance. This week I was joined by a man who needs no introduction, the Founder of Reactive Training Systems, Mike Tuchscherer. It was great to catch up with Mike and it was even better to see him return to the platform a few weeks ago after 6 years out through injury. Therefore, in this episode, we chatted about his competition, training around injuries and experimenting with tools that are usually seen outside the world of powerlifting.
