Send us a textI need reminders every day that I am saved by grace through faith in Jesus alone, and that I also exist by grace to live by faith in Christ alone. The Holy Spirit, our Helper and Encourager, has gifted us to live for Jesus, and grows within us the fruit to follow in the footsteps of Jesus.As Christians, we know this. And yet we are still tempted to want the law to tell us what to do. It’s easier to obey a simple, clear law than to have to work out for ourselves what freedom in Christ means for us in our lives. God has called us into community. And we are reminded again today that we are called to follow Jesus, so that, like him, we are free to offer our lives in the service of others.Pastor Robert Voigt
