Send us a textLast week we began exploring The Hall of Faith. We looked at some of the biggest names and stories we know in The Bible and how God works through people to accomplish God's plans. Today we continue with a few more such stories along with a warning. Pursuing The Way of God runs counter to the ways of this world and can bring on trouble including persecution and even death. In fact, the greek word for 'witness' is 'martys' from which we get the English word, 'martyr'. To be a follower and witness is linked to being willing to follow God even unto death. With that, we pray that God would direct our steps to accomplish whatever it is God wants through us to bring about the "Kin-dom come on earth as it is in heaven".
