As part of many IWD celebrations, we have a month long showcase of some of the amazing women we know and have worked with or alongside in various fields to show Just how amazing women can be!

In this Episode, SMB Advisory Partner Alice Ruhe speaks with Nicole Davidson from Nicole Davidson Negotiation about her professional journey, mentors and sponsors, the importance of a network and female role models.

Nicole Davidson is a commercial mediator and negotiation trainer and advisor. An accredited meditator since 2016, Nicole brings a wealth of experience in the legal, insolvency and banking sectors to her mediation practice. She has consulted across a broad range of industries in Australia, Europe and the Middle East. Nicole is a mediator on the Victorian Small Business Commission mediation panel. In 2021, she received the Resolution Institute’s Award for Achievement by an Emerging Practitioner and in 2022 she was recognised in the Australian Law Awards as Mediator or the Year and listed as one of Inside Small Business magazine’s Top 50 Small Business Leaders.
