Listen "Episode 57 - Equal Air Time"
Episode Synopsis
In this episode I talk about a simple and powerful tool that I learned from Brooke Castillo that helps you balance the heavy of the worst case scenario with the hopefulness and possibility of the best case scenario.
It's important to understand that our brains have a negative bias, which means we easily notice and focus on things that we believe went poorly (past), are going poorly (present), or we're worried will go poorly (future)without tasking our brain to do so. It does not take intentional effort to focus on these things and that's ok. However, if you are tired of feeling bogged down by the negative bias in your brain, try out this tool to bring a little balance to how you interpret your circumstances. Enjoy!
