In this episode we are talking about how to get out of a funk. We do this by first accepting the funk, dropping the resistance, leaning into it, less judgement, and taking good care of ourselves. After we've done all of that and we're ready to get out of the funk, then we get back to our routine and doing things that light us up and make us feel like ourselves again to help us get out of the funk.
