Undesirable habits. Habits that are just not serving you well. We all have them. We are all works in progress. AND, there is hope for all of us!
Today, Michelle and Lisa will share how to change a habit that is no longer serving you:
Determine your cue associated with the current behavior. What currently drives your habit that you want to change?
Examine any rewards. The habit crumbles without a reward. What reward are you currently receiving? What rewards can you continue with your new habit?
Expect to FAIL: Frequent Attempts In Learning
Replacing the habit with something else that brings the desired reward.

Determine your readiness to change.
