Khichuri is usually cooked with rice, lentils and masala or moong dal.Khichuri is also cooked with very small amounts of salt, chili powder, turmeric powder, jhira powder, ginger paste, and garlic
paste.Mustard oil is added at the end for flavor, which gives the khichdi a wonderful aroma.
Then I cooked the beef. Fresh beef was bought from the market and cooked.Usually, chopped onion, bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger paste, garlic paste, jira paste, chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt are all spices that are sautéed in soybean oil. Once it is sautéed well, the meat is then sautéed.After simmering for a long time, I will pour the broth over it. The taste of the meat with hot khichuri is amazing.
