Kisha shares how she helps youth and adults get placed in jobs and get training to move on to a career and improve our community. The Coordinating and Development Corporation (CDC), originally chartered in 1954, is a private, nonprofit, member-supported corporation that serves the economic, community, workforce, transportation, and business development needs of ten parishes in Northwest Louisiana, which include Bienville, Bossier, Caddo, Claiborne, DeSoto, Lincoln, Natchitoches, Red River, Sabine, and Webster.
