In this episode, Martha and Indira speak candidly with Mary Wells, a Canadian materials engineer who is highly regarded for her research advances in the processing of advanced metallic alloys.  She currently serves as Dean of Engineering at the University of Waterloo, the second woman to assume this position.  Prior to her appointment at Waterloo, she was Dean for the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences at the University of Guelph.
