Dating can be super frustrating, right? Especially in the online and social media world we live in. So many of my friends who are single and looking to date always struggle to really find someone worthwhile. It seems as though the intentionality behind dating has been thrown completely out the window. Our generation wants something that is easy, quick, and comfortable. We want everything to come easy and the moment it gets hard we are packing up and out the door before something gets “too hard” for us to handle.
How valuable is a potential relationship to you? If you are just dating for “fun” you might not care to bring intentionality into that relationship, but don’t expect that relationship to be life-giving or beneficial to you in the long run. The relationships that truly last are the ones that you put work into. It takes WORK on top of a hundred other things. Dating today is hard. That is exactly why I recorded this episode.
