Our guest for today is Amyn Dahya. Dr. Amyn Dahya is a thought leader and mentor whose unique life experiences embody a holistic combination of scientific excellence in the environmental field, fostered by a deep understanding of spirituality and its unifying, humanistic principles. After a life-threatening accident in the Himalayas, he went through an intensive transformation that opened his mind to deep and profound inspirations, which he has penned into seven books. These inspirations have also led him towards a realization of a range of simple, universal, meditative techniques that maximize the human power of thought, for material and spiritual growth, and wellbeing. Dr. Dahya shares these inspired techniques through free online webinars and workshops, with the goal of helping build a global positive human consciousness.
